The Houston Astros and Philadelphia Phillies are set to square off tonight in Game 3 of the World Series. First pitch is still set for 7:03 p.m. at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, but the tarp was rolled out a few hours before game time and weather may continue to play a factor as rain is predicted to fall across the City of Brotherly Love Monday night.
