AAA: Sugar Land Space Cowboys (16-18) lost 10-8 (BOX SCORE)
Sugar Land got on the board in the first inning on a Whitcomb solo HR. Blubaugh started for the Space Cowboys but struggled allowing 9 runs over 4 innings. The offense got 3 runs back in the 5th on a Hamilton 3 run HR. In the 9th, the Sugar Land offense rallied for 4 runs on a Corona 3 run HR and Short RBI single but the comeback fell short as Sugar land fell 10-8.

Dombroski started for the Hooks and allowed 5 runs, 1 earned over 2.2 innings. The offense got on the board in the first inning scoring 3 runs on a Jordan RBI single and Deming 2 run HR. They got another run in the 3rd on a Wrobleski RBI single. In the 6th, Lavastida tied it up with a solo HR. Torres and Bido had scoreless outings in relief to keep it close. The Hooks took the lead in the 7th scoring 3 runs on a Deming 3 run HR. The pen struggled late though as the RockHounds scored 3 in the 8th to tie it and 3 in the 10th inning to win it.

Asheville got on the board in the 2nd inning on a Bush RBI single. Pena got the start and went 4 innings allowing 2 runs. Brooklyn picked up 3 runs in the 7th off Perez to extend the lead. In the 9th, the offense rallied scoring 2 runs on a Spence 2 run triple and another run on an Austin RBI double. The tying run was left on though as Asheville fell 5-4.
