David started for the Woodpeckers and allowed 2 runs over 4.2 innings. The offense got on the board in the 2nd inning scoring 3 runs on a Fisher 3 run HR. They got another run in the 4th on a Trimble RBI double. Salem took the lead with 3 runs in the 7th but the Woodpeckers responded with 3 runs in the bottom of the inning on a Carrillo 2 run HR and Powell solo HR. In the 9th, Salem took the lead scoring 4 runs but the Woodpeckers’ offense responded back again tying it up on a Carrillo 2 run HR.
