Collins is ranked as the No. 364 recruit nationally, the No. 33 safety and the No. 47 player in Texas, according to the 247 Sports composite rankings. As a junior, Collins recorded 20 tackles, two tackles for loss, six interceptions and eight pass breakups. He also spent time at receiver.
He first received a scholarship offer from the Aggies in late April, and is slated to be on campus for an official visit on June 20
Texas A&M now 14 commits in their 2026 class, all of which are four-star recruits other than kicker Asher Murray (who despite being a 3-star recruit, is ranked No. 1 at his position). The Aggies are currently ranked No. 7 in the 247 Sports team recruiting rankings.
