Perry-Wright is ranked as the No. 38 player in the country, the No. 3 defensive lineman and the No. 5 player in Georgia, according to the 247 Sports composite rankings. He chose the Aggies over Clemson, Miami and Texas, among many other scholarship offers.
It’s only the first week of July, but A&M already has 24 commits in their 2026 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 3 in the country. A&M now has seven commits ranked among the top 100 recruits in the country, which is more than they had in the 2024 and 2025 classes combined.
