The Houston Texans had just one year with Pep Hamilton and Davis Mills inside the facilities at NRG Stadium and decided to give each bigger roles.
Hamilton went from quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator to offensive coordinator while the organization decided to go with Mills as their starting quarterback for 2022.
According to video from the Pro Football Network’s Aaron Wilson, Hamilton and Mills were working together during individual portion of mandatory minicamp Wednesday at Houston Methodist Training Center.
The Texans are banking it all on the success of Hamilton and Mills this season. The better connection coordinator and quarterback have, the better Houston’s chances to complete the rebuild.
