Or Just Back To Back Rockets Games?
Aaaand we’re back.
Back-to-back. SEGBABA in Utah, statistically, in the past, one of the worst places for visiting teams on the second night of a back-to-back. Denver is worse if coming from Utah recently, past, say, four or so years, but Utah, but before then, the Jazz have generally been better, so Denver to Utah was worse on the B2B. Two games at altitude, yes, that’s right, Denver likes to talk about Mile High all the time, but SLC is at 4300 feet up, not quite a mile, but up there.
(Nobody talks about Albuquerque being high altitude, but it’s up higher than Denver. Taos, New Mexico is closer to Tibet or Nepal at over 7,000 feet. Anyway…)
The Rockets likely won’t have Tari Eason or Steven Adams tonight against Utah. Maybe Cam Whitmore or Reed Sheppard will see some minutes? Hopefully the Rockets will take care of business early and get the bench some real run. The Rockets certainly looked less dead-legged last night when they beat the Minnesota Timberwoofs and NBA Darling Ant Edwards.
Join us on Playback, and we can talk just how long Danny Ainge’s Utah Jazzman Special Trade Winnerz Maximum Intensity Rebuilding Plan is going to be in Phase 1. I’m currently guessing we’re in year 3 of an 8 year Phase 1.
