The Rockets head to LA to take on the Lakers
The Houston Rockets are being chased by the Los Angeles Lakers in the standings. The Rockets are currently 3.5 games ahead of LA and won the first matchup. Counting tonight’s game, the Rockets and Lakers have two more meetings with both being in Los Angeles.
The game will be a battle between LA’s ball-handlers and Houston’s athletes. The key will be how Houston deals with LeBron James, Luka Doncic, and Austin Reaves. For LA, they will have to find answers for Alperen Sengun and Amen Thompson.
The Rockets took care of business last night in Phoenix, so Houston should be able to play without too much sluggishness on the second night of a back-to-back. None of Houston’s starters plkayed more than 28 minutes, and Dillon Brooks only played 11 because he was ejected.
We’ll be in the Playback room tonight, so you should come join to watch the Rockets and talk about the game. Remember, we get a handful of VIP passes that we give out to anyone who wants to watch the game. No League Pass necessary!
